Our Warranty

All Cactus watches and headphones are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects, but excludes bands, batteries, lens damage and water damage in 3 ATM watches (as these are not suited for immersion in water).

If you have a warranty issue, please email us at info@cactuswatches.com. Please attach photos showing the issue, and advise the model number of the watch, date of purchase, and where you purchased the watch. We will get back to you within a few days by email. It is also helpful if you include a telephone number where we can reach you.

Sometimes we will ask you to send your watch for assessment and repair or replacement to: Avantco, PO Box 784 Bondi Junction, NSW 1355. Please send with a clear return address, a description of the issue, a telephone number and an email so that we may get in touch with you.
