We ship all across Australia and worldwide!

How much is shipping?

EXPRESS POST is $13.95 AUD

STANDARD POST is $10.50 AUD and FREE for orders over $100 AUD

INTERNATIONAL POST is $25.00 AUD

When will I get my shipment?

Orders received before 2 pm are dispatched same day. Orders places after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day. Estimated shipping times for standard post Australia wide are between 7-9 business days. Estimated shipping times for express post Australia wide are 1-3 days. Once your goods have left our warehouse, delivery times are out of our control. Estimated international shipping times are between 21 and 28 days. Due to Covid-19, please expect shipping delays for both national & international orders. 

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within a 30-day period from date of purchase, and we will refund you the cost of the goods. Please note that the postage costs are not refundable.

Returns must be unworn and in original condition, as well as in their original undamaged Cactus packaging, and carefully packed to ensure no damage occurs in the return shipping process.

Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card or payment account method used for the purchase.

My item is faulty, how can I return it?

We carefully check each watch before sending it out to you, but mistakes can happen, and you may receive a faulty product. If that is the case, please contact us for a replacement at info@cactuswatches.com or +61293864949 to initiate a return and we'll guide you through next steps.
